  I purchased two pair of earrings on Nov 24, 2014, they were a Xmas present. I explained this to the sales clerk and she said no problem, they can be returned or exchanged up until Jan 15th, 2015. We attempted returning one pair on Jan 4th 2014. This same sales clerk just about jumped at me with the retaliation that they have a 30 day return policy, I explained our conversation to her and she denied it completely. So I got screwed, had to pay for earrings that were broke out of the box. I will never shop there again, I do not recommend this liar and thief to anyone.
