  Great Customer Service: I had issues with a pair of shoes that I had recently bought at New Balance for use on an elliptical. I called and expected them to tell me there was nothing they could do but instead the manager kindly suggested many ideas on how they could help and asked me to come in at my convenience. When I got there, the assistant manager was already aware I would be coming. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He made the exchange painless and I left feeling assured that I had purchased the right product for the right price.

  Great selection! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I moved to the area 10 years ago, this was one of the first places I came to buy shoes since New Balance has been my shoe of choice for years!!
