  The staff is always very friendly and helpful! Any issues I had with the ring were resolved very quickly and without any questions. I love that they clean the ring for free every time I bring it in! Overall, excellent customer service and price!

  I have purchased numerous items from Kesslers and their customer service is always incredible. They are so welcoming and willing to work with you, no matter how much back and forth is required. You can't beat their quality, selection, warranty and overall customer experience! Special shout out to Brennan who has gone above and beyond time and time again. He recently helped my fiance design an absolutely amazing engagement ring that was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Kesslers to anyone!
