They charged me $25 to look at it and tell me it was shot, then saying I could trade it in on one of their new units that they sell. Took it to a Kirby dealer, and they fixed it as good as new for $40. Thanks for ripping me off Brookfield Vacuum Center! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. On the contrary, I'd recommend NOT going here. My wife didn't even feel comfortable being there as she felt that the they wanted to do more to her than sell a vacuum.
