  So I get the new iPhone 8 plus on Saturday 10/7/17 afternoon. I asked if they would be interested in my iPhone 6 Plus. They tell me they would give me $180.00 for it. However I had to take the phone home to transfer all the data to the new phone. They tell me bring the IPhone 6 Plus back on Sunday 10/8/2017 to get my $180.00 gift card. Ok I’m fine with that. Bring it back 20 minuets after the store opens and now the phone is only worth $118 and some change. Don’t know I will ever go back and this is after buying 6 phones from them.

  I had my first experience here about a month ago. I was in need of a new phone and on a tight timeline. I had researched unlocked phones and thought I wanted a Huawei. I walked in and one of the ladies there asked me what I was looking for and within five minutes it was clear that a Motorola would be a better choice and she matched the price of the Huawei. In and out in less than ten minutes and I was very happy with the price and love the phone. I'll definitely be back.
